You’re not just managing partners; you’re building ecosystems that accelerate growth. As a Partnership Manager at Lio, you turn strategic alliances into scalable revenue and market expansion in the era of AI-driven procurement. WHAT YOU'LL DO In this role, you will:
- Identify, acquire, and onboard strategic partners (consultancies, system integrators, tech platforms)
- Develop joint go-to-market strategies that drive pipeline and revenue
- Enable partners with the right messaging, training, and materials to position Lio effectively
- Build executive relationships and act as the main point of contact for key alliances
- Track performance, define KPIs, and optimize partnerships for long-term success
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product to align partnership initiatives YOUR PROFILE You’re a good fit for this role if you:
- Have 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances in SaaS
- Understand enterprise sales cycles and ecosystem-driven growth models
- Are commercially driven and confident negotiating win-win agreements
- Communicate clearly with both operational teams and executive stakeholders
