This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Partnerships Coordinator based in Canada. This is a hands-on partnerships role focused on keeping day-to-day operations, campaigns, and partner initiatives moving from brief to final delivery. You’ll coordinate multiple workstreams, create partner-facing assets, support advisor sales activities, and keep timelines and stakeholders aligned. The role combines project coordination, creative execution, sales support, and performance reporting in a fast-moving environment. You’ll help build scalable workflows, improve operational processes, and use AI and modern software tools to work more efficiently. You’ll also contribute directly to partner growth by tracking revenue, transaction volume, and campaign performance. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, resourceful self-starter who enjoys ownership, rapid iteration, and making things happen.
