Full Job Description

The Company

Our client creates sustainable fashion that honours and empowers the diverse female form. They craft timeless designs with intention and care, using eco-friendly materials and ethical production practices. Their philosophy, "Buy Less, Choose Well, Make it Last," underpins their slow fashion approach.

Our client is a consciously crafted clothing brand with roots in Torquay, Australia, and a heart in Bali, where each piece is ethically made. Rooted in sustainability, ethical production, and mindful living, they create timeless, versatile clothing designed for movement and everyday wear. Their collections embrace natural fibres, earthy tones, and effortless silhouettes that honour both the wearer and the world around them.

At our client, their foundation is Connection—to their community, to the Earth, and to the self. They are a place where women feel inspired, seen, and understood, and can reconnect with nature and their own right to be soft and live fully. Every decision they make is rooted in deep intention.

The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Partnerships & Events Manager to lead the strategy and execution of all brand, affiliate, influencer, and event partnerships across key markets. This role is responsible for building meaningful, high-impact collaborations that align deeply with our client’s values while driving brand equity, social proof, and commercial growth. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to someone who has managed large-scale partnerships end-to-end, confidently negotiates with talent and brands, and thrives in both strategic planning and detailed execution. You will lead a small team, oversee complex timelines and budgets, and ensure every partnership and event strengthens our client’s storytelling and community connection.

  • Reports to: Head of Marketing
  • Employment: Full-Time Permanent
  • Location: Canggu, Bali, Indonesia

Key Responsibilities

Partnerships Strategy & Management

  • Develop and own the global partnerships strategy across brand collaborations, influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, and creators.
  • Identify, pitch, and secure aligned partners that elevate brand perception and introduce our client to new, relevant audiences.
  • Build long-term, values-aligned relationships with creators, talent, brands, and community leaders.
  • Lead negotiations with talent, agents, and partner brands, including fees, deliverables, usage rights, and exclusivity.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and mutual value.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of partnerships, from ideation and briefing through execution, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Ensure partnerships drive measurable outcomes across brand awareness, engagement, trust, and sales.

Events Strategy & Execution

  • Strategise, plan, and execute events of all scales, including brand activations, community gatherings, retreats, pop-ups, launches, and partner-led events.
  • Manage end-to-end event execution, including concept development, budgets, logistics, timelines, vendors, talent, and on-the-ground coordination.
  • Collaborate with brand, social, and retail teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and amplification.
  • Ensure all events feel intentional, immersive, and aligned with our client’s brand ethos Leadership & Team Management.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 2–3 Partnerships & Events Assistants.
  • Delegate effectively while maintaining oversight of quality, timelines, and brand alignment.
  • Create clear processes, workflows, and best practices for partnerships and events.
  • Foster a collaborative, organised, and high-performing team culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, creative and retail teams to align partnerships with wider business goals.
  • Track performance, ROI, and key learnings across partnerships and events.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and strategy updates to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, brand collaborations, or events, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, wellness, or purpose-led brands.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-profile partnerships and events from concept to execution.
  • Confident negotiator with experience working directly with talent, agents, and senior brand partners.
  • Strong understanding of contracts, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong creative instinct and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experienced people manager who enjoys leading and developing others.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Deep appreciation for our client’s values around sustainability, mindfulness, and conscious living.
