The role

qlub is scaling fast across markets worldwide, and we look for people who take real ownership of their work. As our next Partnerships Manager, you'll help drive our growth in Qlub+ and Loyalty: building, shipping, and delivering results from day one. You'll work closely with restaurant owners and F&B decision-makers to turn frictionless payments and loyalty offerings into real growth for restaurants. What you'll own

• Own the full sales cycle for Qlub+ and Loyalty — prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing restaurant partnerships

• Carry and consistently hit individual signing and revenue targets, from first contact to signed partnership and launch

• Build a healthy outbound pipeline of high-value restaurant and F&B group prospects, and ensure a smooth handoff into onboarding and early-stage success

Who you are

• You've done this before in a fast-moving, high-growth environment

• You move fast and make strong decisions with incomplete information

• You take real ownership and think like an operator, not a coordinator

• You're energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience

What you'll need

• Proven track record in business development, partnerships, or field sales, with a history of hitting closing targets

• Fluency in English is a must

• Experience selling to restaurants, F&B groups, marketplaces, or subscription/loyalty platforms strongly preferred

Nice to have

• Experience in payments, fintech, hospitality tech, or a high-growth marketplace

• Existing network among restaurant owners, GMs, or F&B group decision-makers
