PAS Resource Specialist

This role provides essential administrative, scheduling, and customer service support within a busy diagnostic imaging environment. You will help patients and clinical teams navigate financial screening, eligibility, managed care requirements, referrals, and complex imaging appointments. The position combines radiology-specific scheduling with insurance authorization, payment collection, and coordination of supporting services. You will work closely with physicians, clinics, nursing teams, referring providers, patients, and insurance carriers to facilitate efficient care. Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills are essential when resolving complex or time-sensitive concerns. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality, cost-effective patient care while working across a collaborative healthcare environment. This is a full-time position with a variable Monday–Friday schedule and the ability to work remotely.
