Full job description
Mobile interpreter role supporting confidential interviews, protection activities, dialogue with authorities, family-links work, written translation, analysis and reporting. The assignment is 12 months and extendable within a continuous global deployment roster.
Requirements & qualifications
Excellent English at C1 and Pashto and/or Dari at C1, with Pashto preferred; at least two years of professional experience. Candidates need a manual-transmission driving licence and must accept ICRC field constraints. ICRC states it does not assign personnel to a country of which they are nationals, subject to its dual-national assessment rule.
