This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Payment Posting Specialist based in the United States. This remote, full-time role supports accurate and timely payment processing across healthcare revenue cycle operations. You will manage payment activity for a portfolio of healthcare facilities and clients while maintaining established turnaround and month-end deadlines. The position requires strong attention to detail when processing electronic and manual insurance remittances. You will play an important role in ensuring payments, adjustments, denials, and patient responsibilities are posted accurately and balanced correctly. The environment is collaborative, fast-paced, and focused on delivering dependable financial support to healthcare providers nationwide. Success requires strong knowledge of payer processes, EOB interpretation, reconciliation, and healthcare billing standards. This is an opportunity to contribute directly to efficient and compliant revenue cycle operations while working remotely.
