ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking Senior Consultants to support and drive the growth of our Data and AI practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader, in a growing team of data practitioners, where you will be initiating and implementing cutting-edge data & analytics programmes for top-tier Financial Services clients.

This project is with a leading Corporate & Investment Bank as a Product Owner for digital mobile and payments project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as the Product Owner in shaping and delivering digital payment and mobile banking solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.

• Contribute to product roadmap execution, feature prioritisation, and product strategy across payments and mobile banking initiatives.

• Gather and analyse business requirements from key stakeholders, translating customer and business needs into clear product requirements and user stories.

• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver end-to-end product enhancements and ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, technology, and regional teams to drive product adoption, address customer feedback, and continuously improve product performance.

SKILLS & EXPERTISE

• At least 5 years' experience in product management, business analysis, consulting, or financial services, with exposure to payments, mobile banking, or digital banking products.

• Demonstrated experience supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to delivery and post-launch optimisation.

• Knowledge of payment products and services, including domestic payments, cross-border payments, and payment risk management.

• Strong business analysis skills with the ability to gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable product solutions.

• Experience working closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Operations, and business stakeholders.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.

• Self-starter with strong initiative, able to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.​‌
