People Operations Assistant

Team Description SumUp’s People Operations team keeps our people experience running smoothly across Europe — and payroll and HR operations sit right at the heart of that. As we continue growing across Southern Europe, we’re looking for a Working Student to join our Italy People Operations team in Milan. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their HR or payroll career to gain hands-on experience in People Operations, support employee lifecycle processes, and contribute to improving the way we work. You’ll join a collaborative and fast-paced team focused on creating efficient, people-centric processes while ensuring an excellent employee experience. What you’ll do As a Working Student in People Operations, you’ll support the team with day-to-day HR administration and employee lifecycle activities, helping ensure our processes run accurately and efficiently.
