People Operations Co-op (Spring 2027)

This is a 6-month (January 4th-June 25th, 2027) paid co-op experience out of our Boston, MA headquarters. All co-ops are required to work from our Boston office 5 days per week. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated co-op to join our People Operations and Benefits team. This role presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations while supporting our employees and contributing to the overall efficiency of our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for working in a fast-paced, people-centric environment. How you will make an impact:  Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general support. Provide accurate information and ensure a positive employee experience. Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs including enrollment, changes, and terminations. Support in communicating benefits information to employees as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR and vendor systems. Assist in generating reports and analyzing data related to HR operations and benefits. Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving HR processes and enhancing the employee experience Assist in ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to HR and benefits administration. Participate in audits and compliance checks as needed. Who you are: Current undergraduate student graduating from May 2028-May 2029 with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field High level of confidentiality and professionalism Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically Have prior experience or coursework in HR or a related field is a plus Massachusetts Applicants: It is unlawful in Massachusetts to require or administer a lie detector test as a condition of employment or continued employment. The range displayed below reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all our US locations. The base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location. In addition to base salary, our total compensation package may include participation in the company’s annual cash bonus plan, variable compensation (OTE) for sales and customer success roles, equity, sign-on payments, and a comprehensive range of health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits based on eligibility.  Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary/OTE range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
