People Operations Generalist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Operations Generalist based in United States. As a People Operations Generalist, you will own the systems and processes that support employees throughout their journey, from onboarding through offboarding. You will play a central role in building scalable people operations infrastructure within a rapidly growing, AI-native environment. Your responsibilities will span onboarding, offboarding, human resources systems, benefits, compliance, work authorization, and people programs. You will combine hands-on execution with process improvement, using automation and AI to make internal operations more efficient and effective. Working closely with the People Operations Lead and teams across the organization, you will help establish thoughtful, repeatable systems that can scale with growth. This is a high-ownership opportunity with meaningful scope to shape the future of the People function and grow into broader people partnering responsibilities.
