People Ops Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Ops Coordinator based in the United States. This role is central to building a smooth, reliable employee experience in a growing remote-first organization. You’ll own key People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding and benefits coordination to records and offboarding. You’ll also support recruiting, performance initiatives, employee engagement, and internal culture programs. Beyond People Operations, you’ll provide coordination support to senior leaders and help move important cross-functional projects forward.
