Full job description
The manager owns and improves Wave's cross-departmental rotation program, undergraduate internship program and short- and long-term employee assignment programs, including cohort processes, stakeholder coordination, program design and continuous improvement.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should have at least six years of relevant HR, project-management or recruiting experience, evidence of independently owning complex programs, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English and French.
