ABOUT THE ROLE Join a B2B performance marketing team and take ownership of paid advertising accounts for a range of clients. You will build and optimize campaigns across major search and social platforms, using performance data to guide decisions and improve results. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage advertising accounts end to end and make independent decisions about their strategy and growth.
- Plan and build new advertiser accounts, getting up to speed quickly on complex industries and business needs.
- Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor relevant campaign KPIs and act promptly to address inefficiencies or capture opportunities.
- Develop deeper expertise in one or more advertising channels as your role and client needs evolve. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Relevant performance marketing experience, with a typical range of 1 to 6 years.
- Strong proficiency in both Paid Search and Paid Social advertising.
- German language proficiency at C2 level or native fluency.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience managing campaigns with monthly spend in the €10,000 to €100,000+ range.
- Experience building and scaling advertiser accounts from scratch. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The salary range is €50,000 to €80,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION This is a hybrid role based in Berlin, Germany.
