Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join a specialist clinical team in Hertfordshire. This is a flexible opportunity offering either one full-time post or two part-time posts, with a focus on MSK physiotherapy. The successful candidate will work in a supportive environment with access to regular CPD and administrative support, allowing them to focus fully on clinical care.

The role includes some evening shifts and alternating or weekly Saturday mornings, depending on candidate preference. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in Women’s Health, Sports Injuries, Chronic Pain, or Arthritis Management, and ideally those trained in acupuncture.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality MSK physiotherapy assessments and treatments.

  • Provide specialist care in areas such as Women’s Health, Sports Injury, Chronic Pain, and Arthritis.

  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

  • Complete clinical reports for insurance purposes (no billing responsibilities).

  • Participate in bi-weekly in-house CPD sessions and access external CPD funding.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to service development.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, you must:

  • Hold a BSc in Physiotherapy.

  • Be HCPC registered.

  • Have a minimum of 4 years post-qualification experience, with at least 2 years in MSK physiotherapy.

  • Ideally have experience in Women’s Health, Sports, or Pain Management, and be acupuncture trained.

  • Be proactive, organised, and committed to delivering excellent patient care.
