This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Personal Injury Records Coordinator based in Mexico. As a Personal Injury Records Coordinator, you will play an essential role in keeping legal cases organized, complete, and ready for evaluation. You will work closely with attorneys and case managers to gather medical records, police reports, investigative materials, and other critical evidence. Your attention to detail will help identify missing or inconsistent information before it impacts case progress. The role combines records retrieval, file auditing, follow-up, and administrative coordination in a remote environment. You will communicate with medical providers, agencies, records custodians, and other external stakeholders to secure the documentation needed.
