Full job description
The role manages personnel administration from hiring through separation, advises tariff employees and civil servants on HR, labour-law and organisational matters, supports compliant payroll, coordinates recruiting and interviews, communicates with applicants, and helps improve HR administration processes.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants need a completed degree related to human resources, or relevant vocational training plus further qualifications, together with several years of experience in personnel administration and/or payroll. The employer also asks for strong MS Office and HR-system skills, very good written and spoken German, structured independent working practices, service orientation and discretion. Knowledge of collective-agreement or civil-service law and P&I Loga is advantageous.
