This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of data quality, governance, and regulatory reporting. You will help establish measurable standards and controls that strengthen the reliability of critical data. The role involves translating regulatory requirements and business rules into practical quality frameworks. You will analyze data sources, perform profiling, investigate inconsistencies, and identify root causes. Working closely with business, regulatory, data, and technology teams, you will support continuous monitoring and remediation. Analyze regulatory reports, data layouts, technical manuals, and business rules to understand quality requirements and control needs. Define data quality metrics across the 12 dimensions established by RC18, including KPIs, formulas, approval criteria, tolerances, and criticality levels. Map source data, transformations, reconciliations, and control points to establish traceability throughout reporting processes. Perform data profiling and investigate inconsistencies, gaps, anomalies, and root causes. Translate business and regulatory needs into functional requirements for implementing automated data quality rules. Support the definition of action plans and processes for addressing and resolving data quality deviations. Produce clear functional documentation and evidence demonstrating the execution and effectiveness of data quality controls. Collaborate with business, regulatory, data, and technology stakeholders to align requirements and promote continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education; candidates from different academic backgrounds are welcome. Previous experience in Data Quality and Data Governance. Practical experience with Data Quality, data catalog, or data observability tools. Ability to interpret data layouts, business rules, regulatory requirements, and reporting structures. Knowledge of SQL, with practical experience in data profiling and data reconciliation. Experience defining data quality metrics, indicators, validation criteria, and automated business rules. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate inconsistencies and identify root causes. Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
