This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora Back-End .NET - Pleno based in Brazil. This is a remote, full-time temporary opportunity for a mid-level Back-End .NET professional working on business-critical applications in a dynamic technology environment. You will contribute to the reliability, availability, and continuous improvement of production systems. The role combines software development with technical support, troubleshooting, observability, and incident resolution. You will work with APIs, microservices, databases, messaging systems, containers, and cloud platforms. Collaboration with technical and business stakeholders will be an important part of your day-to-day work. You will also participate throughout the application lifecycle, from development and deployment to monitoring and production support.

Provide technical support and production sustainment for .NET applications, helping ensure system availability, reliability, and continuity. Monitor applications and messaging infrastructure, analyzing logs, queues, metrics, and alerts to identify and resolve incidents. Perform technical debugging and incident triage, identifying root causes, implementing fixes, and minimizing business impact. Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and integrations using the .NET ecosystem. Propose and implement continuous improvements across application code, architecture, monitoring, and operational processes. Ensure application observability through APM solutions, centralized logging, metrics, and monitoring tools. Support business and technical teams by clarifying requirements, investigating functional questions, and translating technical issues into actionable solutions. Participate in Scrum or Kanban ceremonies and contribute across the complete application lifecycle, including development, deployment, monitoring, and production support. Requirements At least 3 years of solid professional experience with .NET and C#. Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL. Hands-on experience with microservices architectures and messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus. Experience monitoring applications, interpreting logs, and working with observability platforms such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog, Prometheus, or Kibana. Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of unit testing, TDD practices, and software Design Patterns. Experience integrating and supporting applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with CI/CD practices, Git, and Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Experience with financial markets or banking operations is a plus. Familiarity with Elasticsearch, GraphQL, SonarQube, or similar technologies is desirable. Previous experience supporting critical, highly available systems is an advantage. Intermediate English or Spanish is desirable. Strong analytical and investigative skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical problems.
