Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Desenvolvedora BackEnd Python/NodeJs Especialista I (Venda Direta) based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to build high-impact backend solutions within a digital product squad focused on Direct Sales. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud technologies, and Generative AI to solve complex business challenges. The position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, architectural thinking, and continuous improvement. You will design performant, scalable services while helping reduce technical debt and maintain high engineering standards. Your work will directly support sales teams and contribute to measurable business KPIs through innovative digital experiences.
