PETRONAS states that GEES is designed to enhance the employability of new graduates for long-term employment or entrepreneurship. Applications are open all year round and are processed online through the PETRONAS careers system.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens aged 26 or younger based on year of birth, hold at least a bachelor's degree with CGPA 3.00 or equivalent, be unemployed or under-employed outside their qualification area, and not have attended a similar programme offered by another GLC or company.
