The Graduate Employability Enhancement Scheme (GEES) is PETRONAS' programme supporting the PROTÉGÉ-RTW initiative. PETRONAS states that GEES aims to improve new graduates' employability so they can obtain long-term employment or establish their own businesses. Applications are open all year round and are processed online.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must be Malaysian citizens not more than 26 years old based on year of birth, hold at least a Bachelor's degree with CGPA 3.00 or equivalent, be unemployed or under-employed in an area not relevant to their qualification, and not have attended a similar programme offered by another GLC or company.
