The research combines flavor chemistry, protein texturization, analytical methods including GC-HRMS and UHPLC-HRMS, sensory evaluation and food processing. The position is based on a 38-hour week with an initial 18-month contract that can be extended for the project following good performance.
Eligibility requirements
An MSc-level academic degree recognized in the Netherlands in Food/Analytical Chemistry or a related field; experience with gas chromatography and/or mass spectrometry; affinity with flavor research and food processing; English at C1 level.
