Photographer & Videographer

Onelink Real Estate is looking for a highly creative, innovative, and commercially minded Photographer & Videographer to join our Marketing team in Dubai.

This role is ideal for a creative professional with a proven track record in real estate photography and videography. We are seeking someone who understands how to showcase luxury properties through compelling visual content while also creating engaging employer branding and corporate content that strengthens the Onelink Real Estate brand.

You will be responsible for producing premium-quality photography and videography for property listings, project launches, marketing campaigns, social media, and employer branding initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will play a key role in elevating our brand presence and delivering content that drives engagement and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photography and videography of residential, commercial, and luxury real estate properties.
• Produce cinematic property walkthroughs, promotional videos, drone footage (where licensed), and lifestyle content.
• Plan, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging content for property listings, social media, digital advertising, and marketing campaigns.
• Create employer branding content, including office culture videos, employee spotlights, team activities, company events, and behind-the-scenes content.
• Develop creative concepts that showcase both our properties and the Onelink Real Estate brand.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to execute creative campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Ensure all visual content reflects the company's premium brand identity and maintains exceptional production quality.
• Manage photography and videography equipment, digital assets, and content libraries efficiently.
• Stay up to date with the latest photography, videography, and social media content trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a Photographer and/or Videographer within the real estate industry (mandatory).
• Candidates must have at least three (3) years of experience working as a Photographer and/or Videographer in the real estate sector. Experience outside the real estate industry will not be considered as an equivalent.
• Previous experience working with a real estate brokerage or real estate developer is highly preferred.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality real estate photography, videography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, CapCut, or equivalent editing software.
• Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lighting, colour grading, and storytelling techniques.
• Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
• Ability to independently manage creative projects from concept through to final delivery.
• Excellent communication, creativity, organisation, and time-management skills.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
• Experience operating drones (where licensed) will be considered an advantage.
