Sddc Project Coordinator – Plan International
Plan International is seeking a SDDC Project Coordinator to provide administrative, logistics, documentation and coordination support to the SDDC global rollout process.

Role Purpose
The SDDC Project Coordinator will provide administrative and logistics support to the SDDC global rollout process, particularly in relation to:
- Communications
- Project tracking
- Reporting
- Project documentation
- Policy and process updates
- Collection and dissemination of good practices
- Maintenance of the SDDC page and library on Plan International’s website
The post holder will also organise meetings, maintain notes and records of project activities, decisions and outcomes, track deadlines and responsibilities, and ensure relevant staff are kept informed.
The role will support coordination with the Sponsorship Operations team, Regional Offices, Country Offices, field Sponsorship teams and Global Hub teams.
Project Administration & Reporting
The SDDC Project Coordinator will:

Maintain project management artefacts including workplans, milestone trackers, decision logs, action logs, dependency trackers and risk/issue logs.

Support the preparation and consolidation of project updates, governance papers, dashboards and progress reports.

Maintain and organise core SDDC project documentation, including meeting notes, presentations, status updates, guidance documents, trackers, reports and reference materials.
-
Ensure documentation is managed with consideration for Child Protection, Safeguarding and Data Privacy requirements.

Ensure SDDC documentation on Planet, SharePoint and Teams remains current, organised and maintained in line with best practices and relevant policies.
Global Documentation & Knowledge Dissemination
The role will also:

Collect, document and disseminate good practices, lessons learned, key decisions, success stories and implementation insights.

Support the development of internal readiness materials and country support materials.

Support preparation for the SDDC system rollout, including user guidance, operating procedures, rollout packs and internal reference materials.

Support knowledge-sharing activities across the project.
Safeguarding And Gender Equality
The post holder will ensure that Plan International’s global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People and Gender Equality and Inclusion are embedded in the area of responsibility.
This includes ensuring staff and associates understand their responsibilities under these policies and Plan International’s Code of Conduct, and that concerns are reported and managed according to the appropriate procedures.
Essential Skills And Experience
Candidates should have:

Experience supporting project coordination, reporting, timeline tracking and documentation management.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational and administrative skills.

High standards of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong information management skills.

Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and web/intranet platforms.

Ability to prepare clear meeting notes, reports, trackers and project documentation.

Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively with people from different cultures and functions.

Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and fast-paced team.

Full working fluency in English.
Additional languages, particularly French, are desirable.
Desirable Experience
Experience in the following areas will be an advantage:

Supporting global or multi-country projects.

Project management disciplines, including workplanning, milestone tracking, risk and issue management and action follow-up.

System implementation, rollout or change management.
-
Maintaining internal knowledge hubs, intranet pages or document repositories.
-
Data privacy, safeguarding and information management within an international NGO context.
Location And Contract
Location: The role can be based in a country where Plan International has an office that can employ on behalf of the Global Hub, provided the candidate has the pre-existing right to work and live there.

Type of Role: Permanent or maximum fixed-term contract, according to the employing office’s standard terms and conditions.
