Descripción General.
Cumplir en tiempo , cantidad y costo el abastecimiento de los materiales en su responsabilidad y
se cumpla el plan de producción interno sin interrupciones , esto respetando las políticas de
inventario.
Actividades Generales.
• Analizar y enviar pronóstico de órdenes a proveedores de acuerdo a especificaciones de cliente,
con el fin de asegurar recibo de material correspondiente al plan de producción.
• Analizar material en tránsito mediante la confirmación de factura en cantidad, número de parte y
orden de compra, con apoyo del área de tráfico en los diferentes portales de internet disponibles
con el fin de asegurar la llegada en tiempo solicitado y evitar desabasto en producción.
• Analizar y especificar niveles de inventario óptimo así como punto de re orden para evitar exceso
de inventario y desabasto, con el fin de alinear costos y metas para los materiales.
• Estudiar y analizar que los parámetros en el maestro de materiales sean correspondientes de
acuerdo a la ubicación del proveedor y su clasificación A B C para obtener la planeación
correspondiente.
• Cumplir con el mantenimiento de los parámetros del MRP siempre que se extienda un nuevo NP ,
esto según los requerimientos de la unidad de negocio a procurar.
• Ordenar los materiales de acuerdo a los lead time establecidos por compras y plantas hermanas y
se tenga un abastecimiento continuo.
• Promover la seguridad, salud, calidad y protección del medio ambiente de acuerdo con la norma
ISO 14001/ ISO 45001/ ISO9001/ y Normas aplicables.
