Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and timelines using project management tools.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Monitor resource allocation, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize project efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates for stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, contracts, and timelines.
- Perform risk analysis and provide solutions to minimize project risks.
- Collaborate with the construction team to adjust schedules and plans as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in planning and scheduling within the construction industry.
- Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent tools.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and techniques.
- Knowledge of construction processes, methods, and resource management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
