Requirements & qualifications
The official vacancy requires a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a social-science discipline, at least 15 years of progressive HR experience including at least five years at Head-of-Department level, plant/manufacturing experience, and chartered HR status such as CIPMN, SHRM or CIPD.
