We are seeking a PMO Manager to lead and scale our Project Management Office (PMO). This role serves as both a senior Project Manager and people leader, responsible for managing a team of Project Managers while establishing standards, governance, and best practices across all project delivery efforts. The PMO Manager ensures consistent, high-quality execution of Enterprise Health implementations from pre-sale through go-live, while driving accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement across the project portfolio. Key Responsibilities PMO Leadership & Team Management Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Project Managers Provide coaching, performance feedback, and career development support Support onboarding and training of new Project Managers Serve as an escalation point for complex or at-risk projects Balance resource allocation across projects to ensure workload sustainability Project Portfolio Oversight Maintain visibility into all active projects, timelines, risks, and dependencies Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and within scope Review project plans, forecasts, and deliverables for quality and alignment Partner with leadership to prioritize projects and manage capacity planning Standards, Governance & Process Define, implement, and enforce project management standards and best practices Ensure consistent use of tools, templates, and documentation Oversee governance processes including change control, risk management, and approvals Ensure project artifacts are properly maintained (Smartsheet, Google Drive, Redmine, etc.) Stakeholder & Executive Communication Provide regular portfolio-level reporting to leadership Translate project data into clear insights, risks, and recommendations Align with Sales, Product, Development, Integration, and Leadership teams Support pre-sales efforts with scoping, timelines, and resource estimates Financial & Resource Management Oversee project budgets, hours, and utilization across the PMO Monitor KPIs and delivery metrics at both project and portfolio levels Identify risks related to scope, cost, or staffing early and proactively Quality & Delivery Assurance Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations Support go-live readiness and successful handoff to support teams Lead post-project reviews and lessons learned initiatives Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and scalability Refine PMO processes as the organization grows Champion a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning Required Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Experience : 5–8+ years of software/SaaS project management experience 2+ years of people leadership or team management experience Managing multiple concurrent, cross-functional projects Pre-sales scoping, budgeting, and timeline planning Experience working with executive-level stakeholders Skills: PMO leadership and portfolio management People management and coaching Advanced project planning, risk, and change management Strong executive and client communication Cross-functional leadership and escalation management Financial oversight and KPI tracking Proficiency with PM tools (Smartsheet, Google Suite, etc.) Strong organizational and decision-making skills Ability to travel up to 20% Preferred Qualifications PMP or similar certification Experience in healthcare or medical software environments Experience scaling or formalizing a PMO function Why Join Us?
