Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior PMO with non-financial risk experience to support and drive strategic transformation initiatives within a banking environment. The role will focus on governance, portfolio oversight, reporting, financial tracking, and delivery support across complex business and technology programs.

The ideal candidate will have strong banking experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven ability to manage PMO activities across large-scale transformation initiatives in regulated environments.

Key accountabilities:

  • Manage and drive continuous improvement of Non-Financial Risks impact assessment and management to support change delivery across Portfolio

  • Engage with Group Transformation team to ensure continued alignment of IWPB ways-of-operating with Change Framework mandatory outcomes of NFR impact assessment

  • Develop guidance on Data Control Impact Assessment and management, working in collaboration with Group Data Office

  • Coordinate communications, implementation and embedding of NFR and DCIA tooling and process, and lead the BAU activities across Portfolio

  • Drive active risk management practice across portfolio on identified non-financial risks throughout delivery lifecycle

  • Work with Portfolio Assurance to determine the continuous monitoring approach for NFR including Data Control across Tier-1 portfolios, and evaluate the monitoring results for future improvement

  • Design, develop, and produce regular NFR and DC dashboard / analytics, key control indicators, governance report including thematic read-across

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment or individually

  • Strong relationship management skills, with experience building effective networks across business areas and developing relationships

  • Self-starter with high level of drive and motivation

  • Outstanding organisational and planning skills to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities

  • Excellent verbal communications skills; confident in presenting to a large audience

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills including shaping insights into easy to understand conclusions

  • SAFe Agilist, PMP, MSP or Prince2 training or certification is an advantage
