Because breakthrough AI should move at the speed of ideas, not infrastructure. About the Role We’re looking for a Podcast Producer Intern to join our team during an exciting phase of growth. In this role, you’ll receive hands-on exposure to the full podcast production pipeline for Wave Sessions — from pre-production through post-release growth strategy — while working as a direct assistant to our Senior Podcast Producer. What You’ll Do
- Guest outreach & research — identify, research, and help pitch potential guests; draft outreach communications
- Location booking — source and coordinate recording locations and logistics
- Industry pulse — stay current on AI infrastructure news and industry happenings to inform the guest and topic pipeline
- Cross-department coordination — liaise with internal departments to gather and track deliverables needed for each episode
- Workflow & organization — help build and maintain production workflow, calendars, and organizational systems for the show
- Growth metrics — compile and track performance and growth metrics across episodes and platforms
- YouTube & SEO strategy — support execution of YouTube optimization and SEO strategy to grow discoverability Who You Are Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple moving parts across a production calendar
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication for guest and vendor outreach
- Genuine interest in podcasting/media production and in the AI infrastructure space
- Ability to work independently on research and coordination tasks while staying closely aligned with direction from Senior Podcast Producer
- Comfort learning and using growth-tracking and content-scheduling tools Preferred Qualifications
