Full job description
The analyst researches and audits content and safety policies, drafts and implements guidance changes, supports operations teams, answers policy questions and works with cross-functional partners to improve enforcement consistency and policy effectiveness.
Requirements & qualifications
Requires 2–3 years of Trust & Safety experience, experience developing or improving content policies, project-management capability, strong analytical judgment, stakeholder management and clear communication.
