The Centre for the Future of Work is recruiting a postdoctoral fellow to contribute to its Digital Work and Wellbeing research cluster. Work includes independent and collaborative research, research management, postgraduate supervision, grant applications, project reports, stakeholder engagement, journal publication and conference presentation. The role targets at least two high-quality SSCI-indexed articles annually.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants need a PhD in Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Organisational Psychology, Management or a related field awarded within the last five years. A strong publication record is required, preferably at least three SSCI/SCI-indexed journal papers, together with demonstrated independent and collaborative research ability. International collaboration or externally funded project experience is an advantage.
