Practice Director (m/f/d) - SAP Supply Chain Planning

Westernacher Consulting is a global SAP consulting firm specializing in innovative solutions for supply chain management, transportation, and logistics. We help our clients optimize their operations and achieve excellence in their business processes. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Director (m/f/d) to lead Business Development and Sales in our SAP Supply Chain Planning practice in Germany. If you have a proven track record in sales, business development, and delivery management within the SAP IBP domain we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and opportunities by establishing strong partnerships and maintaining a visible presence in the market.

• Drive the sales process for SAP IBP solutions, through pre-sales, proposal writing and contract negotiation.

• Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the SAP SCP practice, aligning with business objectives and market trends.

• Manage customer expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement within the practice.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales and business development within the SAP IBP domain, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.

• Deep understanding of demand planning processes and SAP IBP functionality.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve common goals.

• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and support business development activities.
