Das erwartet Dich • Du bekommst Einblicke in unsere Backstube und lernst den Bäckeralltag live kennen: vom Zubereiten der Brote bis zum Backen und Kommisionieren.
• In der Konditorei darfst du u.a. Tortenböden vorbereiten, Kekse ausstechen und Produkte verpacken.
• Du lernst wie man die perfekte Brezel schlingt.
Das bringst Du mit • Du wolltest schon immer wissen, wie es hinter den Kulissen einer Backstube aussieht.
• Dir macht es Spaß, dich mit Lebensmitteln und Rohstoffen auseinanderzusetzen.
