ABOUT THE ROLE As a Pricing Architect at an AI-powered pricing platform, you will lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation and ongoing optimization. You will work with customers and internal product and engineering teams to create pricing strategies that deliver measurable commercial value. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Lead pricing engagements end to end, from discovery and research to live pricing models.
- Facilitate customer workshops and align stakeholders on goals, value, and measures of impact.
- Develop segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, and monetization strategies for each customer.
- Support customers after launch with continued optimization and value capture.
- Advise customer stakeholders, including executives, and identify opportunities to expand engagements.
- Use the pricing platform in day-to-day customer work and provide specific feedback on its AI recommendations.
- Partner with product and engineering to improve pricing tools and support rollout and sales enablement.
- Document engagement learnings, contribute to sales conversations, and help build a repeatable delivery approach. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 5 years of experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or revenue management, with relevant strategy consulting or technology and SaaS experience.
- Strong expertise in segmentation, packaging, price metrics, discounting, willingness-to-pay methods, and commercial value creation.
- Experience owning multiple customer-facing pricing engagements from discovery through implementation, including enterprise or mid-market relationships.
- Hands-on experience using GenAI or LLM tools, and proficiency with spreadsheets and SQL for pricing analysis.
- Strong communication skills, sound project ownership, and professional fluency in English.
- Experience coaching or mentoring others is valuable. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Annual salary of $180,000 to $220,000 USD, plus equity and a benefits package. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Amsterdam, North Holland, Netherlands.
