This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pricing Strategy Specialist based in Belgium. As a Pricing Strategy Specialist, you will help shape pricing practices and improve commercial performance across a global industrial portfolio. You will use data, market insights, and customer segmentation to develop pricing strategies that strengthen revenue and margins. Working closely with Product Management, Sales, Channel, and Finance teams, you will influence pricing decisions across international markets. The role combines analytical expertise with cross-functional collaboration and requires the ability to turn complex pricing data into practical recommendations. You will also support new product introductions and monitor pricing performance to identify opportunities and risks. This is an opportunity to have a measurable impact on pricing strategy within a diverse, innovation-focused global environment.

You will contribute to the development and execution of pricing strategies, using data-driven analysis to improve price performance, sales, and margins across portfolio segments. Collaborate with Product Management during new product introduction processes to establish and align portfolio pricing globally. Design and implement customer segmentation and pricing strategies across different portfolio segments. Monitor pricing performance and identify outlier pricing situations requiring further review or corrective action. Ensure pricing decisions remain aligned with established agreements and governance processes. Use digital pricing and analytical tools to support data analysis and commercial decision-making. Analyze pricing metrics and market information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Provide data-informed pricing recommendations to Product, Sales, Channel, Finance, and other cross-functional teams. Support the continuous evolution and improvement of pricing practices and processes across international markets. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines strong pricing expertise with an analytical mindset and the communication skills needed to influence stakeholders across regional and international teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. 5–7 years of professional experience in pricing strategy or a closely related pricing function. Strong analytical and data-oriented mindset with the ability to translate complex information into actionable recommendations. Experience developing or applying pricing strategies, customer segmentation, or portfolio pricing models. Strong ability to work with pricing data, digital tools, and performance metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional teams. Strong commercial judgment and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Benefits: Base compensation starting at $105,000, with additional incentives based on role level.
