BayCare Medical Group is a physician-led medical group seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse to join our team in Trinity, Florida. This practice currently has 2 physicians. This outpatient office is open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and provides care to patients ages 18+.

The ideal candidate will have experience in adult clinical care, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and will be comfortable working independently.

Position Requires: Minimum two years’ experience as an Advanced Practice Provider in a Primary Care setting required.
