Full job description
The hands-on leadership role combines technical strategy, client engagement, engineering-team mentorship and delivery across Python, FastAPI, TensorFlow, LLM tooling, LangChain/LangGraph, MLflow/Kubeflow and AWS/GCP. The architect will design scalable ML systems and complex RAG and agentic workflows.
Requirements & qualifications
Applicants should legally live in Portugal and bring 8+ years of professional machine-learning and software-engineering experience, significant client-facing leadership experience, deep Python and AI/ML expertise, and strong MLOps/cloud architecture skills. A relevant BSc/MS/PhD or equivalent practical experience is accepted.
