Contributing to strategic planning and long-term technical roadmaps, incorporating latest research to meet business goals. Supporting and developing a thriving applied science culture within CASQ to encourage experimentation, scientific process, and innovation. Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Master's Degree in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) OR Doctorate in Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years related experience (e.g., statistics, predictive analytics, research) Proficiency in agentic engineering. Ability to thrive in dynamic environments, especially where priorities may shift and project definitions evolve.
