Our partner is looking for a Principal Engineer, Applied AI (Fullstack/Backend) based in the United States. This is a high-impact technical leadership role focused on transforming AI experimentation into reliable, production-grade experiences. You will architect the services and systems that power patient-facing experiences from initial intake through ongoing digital care interactions. Working at the intersection of applied AI, backend engineering, and product development, you will turn promising ideas into scalable solutions. You will establish engineering standards around reliability, observability, debugging, performance, and operational readiness from the outset. The role combines hands-on architecture and coding with organization-wide technical influence and mentorship of senior engineering talent.
