This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal / Lead UI/UX Designer based in India. As a Principal / Lead UI/UX Designer, you will define the design vision for a sophisticated enterprise platform at the intersection of Generative AI, conversational interfaces, data visualization, and voice technology. You’ll transform complex AI evaluation metrics, testing workflows, and telephony analytics into intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences. The role combines strategic design leadership with hands-on UX direction and team mentorship. You’ll establish scalable design standards and strengthen a component-based design system across the product ecosystem. Working closely with Product and Engineering leadership, you’ll ensure design decisions balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You’ll also shape design culture, research practices, and delivery quality across a globally distributed environment.
