This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Platform/Software Engineer based in the United States. This is a senior, hands-on engineering role shaping the architecture and delivery of modern healthcare SaaS platforms. You will provide technical leadership across cloud infrastructure, full-stack engineering, DevOps, and production-grade AI capabilities. The role combines strategic architecture with hands-on development, including autonomous AI agents, LLM workflows, and multi-agent systems. You will lead complex technical initiatives, guide engineering teams, and influence platform and architectural decisions across the organization. Working closely with executive and cross-functional stakeholders, you will translate business priorities into secure, scalable, and resilient technology solutions. You will also champion automation, modern SDLC practices, continuous improvement, and responsible adoption of emerging technologies.
