Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for agent observability, governance, and security within Agent 365. Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Product Management, Engineering, Design, IT, Sales, and Marketing — to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to product development. Partner with enterprise customers and stakeholders at C-Level (CISOs, CIOs, and IT and security leaders), as well as internal stakeholders, to shape requirements and support growth across key customer segments. Participate in customer and field education programs, including webinars, training sessions, and resource materials. Drive strategic and customer feedback and insights into the product roadmap. Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/program management or software development Bachelor's Degree AND experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. In-depth experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). In-depth experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). Multiple years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Demonstrated ability to drive product alignment across multiple engineering and product organizations without direct authority. Fluency with agent observability and operational governance domains, ideally including monitoring and telemetry, audit and usage/cost accounting, and autonomous-agent orchestration technologies. Experience engaging externally with IT and AI operations buyers (CIOs, platform and AIOps leaders), industry analysts, ecosystem and ISV partners. Solid written and verbal communication, with the ability to set a narrative for both technical and executive audiences.
