Lead the operational readiness model deliverables, including release governance, risk management, quality reviews, incident learning, and executive readiness processes that enable consistent and predictable delivery at scale Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. 4+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 6+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 6+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-organizational programs involving software engineering, cloud services, platform technologies, or developer ecosystems, with accountability for execution, delivery, and business outcomes. Experience driving release readiness, operational excellence, incident management, service health reviews, or large-scale product launches across multiple engineering teams and stakeholders. Experience building and scaling onboarding, adoption, or customer/partner success programs for platform products, cloud services, AI systems, or developer-facing technologies, with measurable improvements in product adoption, readiness, or operational efficiency.
