Customer Advocacy: Represent the product to advertisers and agencies, deeply understand their creative workflows, and champion those needs internally. Execution & Decision-Making: Navigate ambiguity, make tough prioritization decisions, and drive alignment across engineering, design, and business stakeholders. Communication & Collaboration: Partner effectively with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive creative product outcomes. Data & AI Innovation: Collaborate with Data Science and ML teams to leverage creative performance signals and generative models that elevate asset quality and safeguard brand trust at scale. Go-to-Market Leadership: Lead go-to-market efforts with marketing and sales, ensuring product launches drive adoption, improve creative coverage, and deliver measurable advertiser impact. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development Bachelor's Degree AND 12+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience. Demonstrated understanding of ads ecosystem, including creatives, targeting, measurement, or optimization. 6+ years experience taking a product, feature, or experience to market (e.g., design, addressing product market fit, and launch, internal tool/framework). 8+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn). 8+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product). 5+ years experience developing digital advertising creative products, including creative automation, generative AI asset pipelines, or ad format and quality systems.
