Analysis of Customer and Market Signals Lead cross-team problem solving using customer, market, and ecosystem insights. Analyze trends and opportunities. Validate product-market fit. Gather customer feedback and translate insights into product decisions. Build strategic partnerships and manage stakeholder relationships. Establish success metrics and business outcomes. Ensure usability, accessibility, security, and compliance requirements are met. Manage tradeoffs between customer needs, schedule, and business goals. Analyze product health and usage metrics. Manage feature deprecation and transition planning. Build ongoing customer engagement loops to improve the product. Promote product capabilities internally and externally. Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams. Define release criteria and launch strategies. Drive customer acquisition and adoption plans. Support creation of training and product content. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development Masters Degree in Business Administration AND 10+ years of experience in product/service/project/program management OR equivalent experience. Experience in Cloud Technologies and Data platforms.
