This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Professional Affairs & Clinical Education Specialist based in United States. The Principal Professional Affairs & Clinical Education Specialist leads the development and delivery of healthcare professional education supporting the safe and effective adoption of surgical technologies. The role sits within a Medical Education function and works closely with Medical Affairs, physician faculty, clinical experts, marketing, commercial teams, and other cross-functional partners. You will shape curriculum strategies, learning pathways, and educational content that respond to evolving clinical practices, product innovation, and learner needs. The position combines strategic program development with hands-on execution of clinical education initiatives and physician-led programs. Success requires translating clinical and field insights into engaging, evidence-based learning experiences with measurable outcomes. The role also provides opportunities to engage with healthcare professionals through conferences, symposia, meetings, and educational events. This is a remote U.S. position with approximately 50% travel.
