Full job description
The hands-on principal role owns AI capabilities from discovery through production, builds AI services, MCP-compatible tools, connectors and data pipelines, designs retrieval, tool-calling and agentic systems, and engineers evaluation, observability, authorization and prompt-injection defenses for enterprise products.
Requirements & qualifications
Candidates need 7+ years of professional software engineering experience or equivalent principal-level impact, a strong record shipping and operating customer-facing software, production AI/LLM experience, experience with enterprise architecture evolution, and familiarity with European privacy, security and responsible-AI requirements.
