Define and drive the technical vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap for strategic security platform investments. Lead and grow a high-performing engineering team through coaching, talent development, performance management, and succession planning. Deliver reliable, scalable, and secure cloud services while maintaining high standards for engineering excellence, quality, and operational rigor. Partner closely with Product Management, Data Science, Security Research, and partner engineering teams to align priorities and execute on customer-focused outcomes. Drive service health, incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements in reliability, availability, and compliance. Influence cross-organization strategy, build stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful execution of complex, multi-team initiatives from conception through release. Embody our culture and values Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 12+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 4+ years people management experience. Experience building and operating online services and fault-tolerant distributed systems. Experience creating and shipping V1 products using modern development practices. Experience using agile methodologies or test-driven development (TDD).
